Job responsibilities:

1. Mainly responsible for the company's hearing aid project software development and debugging;

2. Responsible for customer product demand assessment, design plan;

3. According to the progress of new product development and task allocation, develop corresponding software modules;

4. Actively coordinated with team members such as structure and hardware engineers to fix bugs and improve and stabilize software;

5. According to the company's technical documentation specifications to write the corresponding technical documents;

6. According to customer needs to modify the software, according to the company/customer product requirements to provide corresponding technical support.

Job Requirements:

1. 2 years experience in related software development, major in electronics, electronic information engineering, acoustics, etc. is preferred, bachelor degree or above;

2. Engaged in the development of headset products, TWS and hearing AIDS, and understood the industry standards and parameters of headphones and hearing AIDS;

3. Proficient in embedded software development, C language programming and MCU development experience, can understand the schematic diagram;

4. Familiar with the headset communication protocol, understand the underlying technical details;

5. Some practical application experience of software algorithm is preferred;

6. Have a strong sense of responsibility, responsibility, can or has the potential to achieve the ability to stand alone;

7. Have strong learning ability and problem analysis ability, positive, good at thinking, dare to innovate.

1. Responsible for participating in the review, and according to the product characteristics to develop the corresponding test plan, according to the test plan, combined with the actual situation, improve the equipment needs;

2. Responsible for following up and setting up the test environment, carrying out corresponding tests, recording and analyzing relevant test data, improving and outputting test reports;

4. Responsible for following up the test exception processing, output the same report, track and follow up the exception processing until the exception is closed;

5. Responsible for writing test related documents and materials, and control and management;

6. Equipment daily maintenance, spot inspection, maintenance, correction and maintenance management.

Job requirements:

1. College degree or above, age 25-38 years old, major is not limited;

2. More than two years of electronic industry test related work experience, electronic engineering background is preferred;

3. Have a clear understanding of reliability testing, solid foundation, strong hands-on ability;

4. Can read simple drawings, familiar with the circuit principle, have a certain modular basis, and skilled use of measuring tools, follow up the measurement work;

5. Have a certain anomaly analysis and processing ability, MSA foundation is better;

6. Have a clear understanding of the functions, performance and use scenarios of new products, and are proficient in the enterprise standards, row standards, national standards and customer requirements applicable to the products.
